Statistics Question...Help??

A new york times poll on womens issuses interviewed 1025 women randomly selected from the US excluding alaska and hawaii. the poll found that 47% of the women said that they do not get enough time to themselves.

A) The poll announced a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points for 95% confidence in its conclusions. Make a 95% confidence statement about the percentage of all adult women who think they do not get enough time to themsevlves

B) explain to someone who doesnt know statistics why we cant just say that 47% of all adult women do not get enough time to themselves.

C) then explain clearly what "95% confidence" means.

yes it is a hw question but i am totally confused...any help would be awesome! thanks

Statistics Question...Help??
a) between 44% and 50% of contentental US women say they don't get enough time to themselves

b) because if you ran the exact some survey many times with the same number of randomly selected people you would get different results

c) that if you ran the same survey multiple times that 95% of the times that you ran the survey, you'd get an answer in the confidence interval (i.e. if you ran it 100x -- 95 of those times you'd get an answer between 44% and 50% and the other 5x you'd get something outside of that range).
