Nannies? young or old?

I am about to interview some ladies tomorrow afternoon I just recieved their resumes and from what I can see they have worked with older people what are some questions I should ask I am 8 days away from giving birth to my little girl and I want the best of help I am a single mom and will be recovering from a c- section

Nannies? young or old?
i would really go with my gut.. If something doesn't seem right, it's probably not.

I'm not sure by your question if it's a nanny more for you, or the baby.. Ask all the questions you can think of, and don't hold anything back.

GOOD LUCK!
Reply:I used to be a nanny and I met plenty of nannies while working with the kids. Old nannies do not have as much energy as the young ones, for example in the children museum or playground us, young nannies, would run with the kids, play hide and seek, do things while the older ones were just sitting their and wathing "their" kids. They might have more experiences, but you want someone who will keep up with your little one. I am a mom now and if I ever needed a care giver, I would go with a young one, too..
Reply:I would get my mom and work it out my self with the baby. Your baby will boned with a Nanny instead of you, then if you let the Nanny go then you have one big mess on your hands.
