Does anyone think Clay was an a.s.s on Regis & Kelly?

Ok. I 've been seeing all these questions about what happened with Clay and Kelly Ripa and Rosie etc. and I didn't know what happened. So I go on youtube.com and watch all the footage and he was an a.s.s. first of all. Then he had the nerve to cover Kelly's mouth with his hand during an interview. So Rosie O'Donnell gets wind of Kelly's response to what Clay did (in which she says "I don't know where that hand has been") and automatically attacks Kelly saying that was a "homophobic" response. I then watch Kelly's response to Rosie when she called in to "The View" where she said she has 3 kids and it's cold %26amp; flu season and it wasn't proper for him to have covered her mouth like that b/c of germs,and it was NOT a comment on his sexuality. But anyhoo, aside from all of that, Clay was just being a jerk to Kelly for some reason. Did y'all see it? What do you think?

I think that Kelly should have pulled out her own personal collection of whips and chains and beat Clay with them. She then should have went over to The View and beat Rosie with them also.

Reply:Clay was just trying to be funny and jokingly put his hand in front of kelly's mouth because she was asking all the questions. It is no big deal, and he had no wrong intent with what he was doing and kelly was wrong for lashing out at him and ripping him and even regis tried to calm her
Reply:Clay is rude, that's simply understood. Rosie is just pathetic. I'm getting fed up of her always looking for an excuse to argue with someone about gay rights and what not. Who the hell told her that Clay is gay? I wouldn't be surprised if he is mind you, but Rosie herself was wrong this morning about assuming that Kelly was being homophobic. She's gone and started up another feud, regardless of the two of them denying any hard feelings towards each other. Let's just see if Clay starts one with Rosie for accusing him of being gay now.. lol.

all kidding aside I think that this whole thing is stupid. Rosie has to cry wolf over everything. To me Kelly had control over the show and he was mad. I wouldn't want that done to me and she had every right to make that comment. Yeah Kelly.
Reply:As was stated on the view today if Kelly had been a man, Clay would not have dared put his hand over his mouth. It was immature, inappropriate and very unprofessional! Kelly stated it was over as far as she was concerned, now that she has had her say. Rosie should have stayed neutral. Peace!

Reply:Clay, putting his hand over Kelly's mouth, probably, was not the best decision. However, it was not the end of the world, and Kelly carrying on about it like she did was FAR more unprofessional than Clay covering her mouth in the first place.





I mean, come on, lets face it, there have been a million and one times someone should have covered that woman's mouth! I, personally, think it is pretty hilarious that Clay Aiken had the "kahunas" to do it!
