Are my GCSEs good enough?

I'm hoping to study Mathematics at Cambridge. I haven't got my GCSE results yet but I'm expecting to get the following:

English - A*/A

English Literature -A/B

Maths - A*

Biology - A*

Chemistry - A*

Physics - A*/A

Religion - A*/A/B

German - A*/A/B

Latin - A*

Economics - B/C

I also have taken an OCR Additional Maths exam which I am hoping to get A or B in (no A* is available) - I've always got A in practices but in the final exam, I missed out the last question by mistake :( .

I know that a lot depends on the interview and the STEP exam but for GCSEs, are these results good enough?

Are my GCSEs good enough?
The only GCSE'S that count for uni is the simple maths, english and science.

Its your A-Levels that are the hardest and most important.

Your grades seem fine in maths science and english tho, so dont worry about it.

I'd advise you to start doing voluntary work tho if you want to go to Oxbridge as it is very hard to get in so they look for additional things.
Reply:they would be yes, but ask the same question when you get the results then you can have a more realistic answer...good luck.
Reply:nothing wrong wiv them grades
Reply:YES. You've got no problems
Reply:If this ain't good enough then i don't know what is.

All i can say i Chillllllllll.
Reply:yes they are good enough be relaxed you will be fine.silver fox.
Reply:Jesus christ yes....

The average is 4 A*'s and the rest A's, with those GCSE's you'll fly through.

But, from my experience, the GCSE's dont mean much, if anything. I got an interview iwth much lower than their average GCSE. It depends on how you do on their exam and interview + your refrence + your personal statement.
Reply:Hell yes...thats way good enough....welldone you super brain..
Reply:yes they are my sis is at cambridge and she not as smart as you !!
